The Valley is an emerging residential community of Dubai and part of the large multi-purpose district of Dubailand. This community is being developed by one of the Emirate’s largest construction companies, Emaar Properties. The development started in 2019, and the first residential complex is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023. The new neighbourhood is located on the outskirts of Dubai, next to the Dubai–Al Ain Road that connects it to Sharjah. The Valley is a new upscale residential district of Dubai developed by Emaar Properties. Its construction began in 2019, and the first residential complexes are scheduled for commissioning in late 2023.
